It seems like most everything I write is abbreviated. Things are always in short hand, chased by periods, accompanied by arrows and exclamation points. It's not that I'm lazy - it's just how my brain works. Similarly, I refer to most everyone by their initials.
Having armed you with these nuggets of information, let's take a look through my calendar and other notes, shall we?

I use too many abbreviations at work, things like this made sense to me.
Clld clmt attny, lm w/sec re: tx status.
Translation: Called claimant attorney, left message with secretary regarding treatment staus.
File pending receipt of s/d from a/c, once rcvd submit to ad.
Translation: File pending receipt of subrogation demand from adverse carrier, once received submit to auto damage.
Advsd insd pip avail, 10k, 3 yrs, rnr.
Translation: Advised insured personal injury protection available, $1000, 3 years, reasonable necessary & related.
