I live in Texas. Angel Fire, New Mexico is twelve hours from my front door. When one of my friends asked me if I was interested in going to Angel Fire with him and two of our other friends, I was leery. One girl and three boys in a two-door car for twelve hours. The numbers didn't sound good. But then they said the magic words - the would be mountains. And snow. I was sold.
On Friday the 15th, three of us left for New Mexico after work, driving straight to Oklahoma to pick up our fourth friend before continuing to Angel Fire. The trip was great! We did some hanging out, some driving, some looking around neighboring towns. By the time we headed back to Texas, we were tired, and people were getting snappy.
To pass time, I took pictures and listened to my iPod. Proof below.

The view from where we stayed

Mountain roads between Angel Fire and Taos

Bland roads in Texas

Crammed into the car like clowns in a Volkswagen at the circus
And then I got bored...

My Blackberry. I read blogs through the panhandle.

My foot. My socks have pink toes. Nice, yes?

My trusty iPod.

The inside of my purse.

The lever on the driver's seat that leans it forward aka "The ticket to freedom"
